1. Activated Charcoal

Buy activated charcoal in the form of capsules which are easily stored. In a bowl, empty 2 to 3 capsules of the ingredient. Pour a spoonful of coconut oil into it. Mix it well to form a gel-like paste. The eyeliner is ready to use.
2. Cocoa Powder
This method is especially for those who are done using the black eyeliners and want to add do not mind switching to the brown shade of cocoa powder. In a small bowl add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
