"Wash your hair with a deep hydrating shampoo in order to provide extra moisture and hydration," says Ms. Chen. In this way, you'll be cleansing away dirt and grime while ensuring your hair stays moisturised.

Says Agnes, "The most important step post shampoo, is to deep condition your hair, depending on your hair type. Lack of moisture results in dry and brittle hair that is more probe to breakage, hence it's essential to deep condition in order to nourish, strengthen and moisturise your hair."
3. Serum Can Help
You may not use serum often but especially during the post-monsoon months, this product can come of use as even a few drops of serum onto the mid-length and the ends can tame frizz, protect hair and add shine.

Heading for a hair spa isn't just about relaxation. A fortnightly hair spa session pampers not only the mind but also the nourishes the tresses greatly and leaves it smoother and silkier for days.
