The ongoing Paris Fashion Week marks the end of the fashion month which has seen innumerable fashion statements and beauty trends. Out of them all, 6 beauty looks at the designer shows made us sit up and take notice.
1. Dior
Dior saw the models sport a bare canvas to keep all the attention on their statement eyes. Both the upper and lower waterline were rimmed with kohl while mascara was applied to the lashes in clumps, a look reminiscent of Twiggy. Untouched natural brows and a ruffled fringe finished off the look.
2. Rochas
We couldn't take our eyes off the Rochas runway, mainly for the stunning graphic eye makeup look the models sported. When the minimal black strokes were paired with the centre parted low updos, it made for an alluring, chic look.
3. Alexander McQueen
The show saw a blend of flouncy tulle with statement chains and dark eyes - a signature McQueen move. Over a flawless face, models sported dark, smudged out eyes and wet sectioned hair. Ripped jeans, sky high pumps and that dark eye makeup is all we'd need on a Saturday night!
4. Marie Elie
With shimmer, sparkle and lace, the Marie Elie runway was nothing short of a fairytale. But not just any ordinary fairytale, one with a twist. The showcased beauty look saw sleek low ponytails with crowns, cheeks with a touch of blush and goth-esque black lips.
5. Stella McCartney
With her collection showcase being a celebration of summer, Stella McCartney's beauty look was au natural but better. Which means, loose tresses, flushed cheeks, filled in brows and glossy pink lips. Perfect for our next brunch date!
