1. Synthetic Fragrances
Choosing your beauty essentials consciously is a must, especially if you have sensitive skin. Steer clear of added fragrances in beauty products that trigger the skin. Synthetic fragrance can cause a reaction on the skin and lead to irritation and inflammation. They can even weaken the skin barrier.
2. Harsh Exfoliants
While every skin type needs exfoliation, not all exfoliators suit every sort of skin. When dealing with sensitive skin, keep harsh exfoliants at bay. Even over exfoliation can take a toll on your skin. Strong exfoliants can be abrasive which can cause your skin to be immediately inflamed.

3. Essential Oils
