Today she tells us the beauty secret that just might be behind it. In the video, Athiya slices a green coloured vitamin E capsule, squeezes out the potion and applies it on her face. In her caption, Athiya says "Vitamin E is an excellent anti-oxidant! It nourishes and hydrates your skin. This worked brilliantly for me I hope it does for you too" but also advises to check with a doctor before you do. Vitamin E can also aid in the skin's regeneration process and prevent from the effect of free radicals so it's no surprise that Ms. Shetty trusts this home remedy for her skin.
