Our Review Of The SUGAR Cosmetics Waterproof Eyeliner
The highlight of this eyeliner is definitely its nib. Its felt tips dispenses product smoothly and draws a sharp and narrow line. To precisely wing the eyes, especially at the end, it fares extremely well. If you like your eyeliner worn thicker, this will do the trick. The nib is flexible enough that light pressure can draw the line thicker and in different styles. The product dries quickly once it is applied. Once worn, it lasts exceeding well for most of the day. If you have oily lids, you might find fading of its black shade and ends of the lines drawn towards day end.
It's a great and affordably priced eyeliner, especially if you're new at the craft. Its lid snaps shut very firmly and it is very compact, making it the ideal choice when travelling. Blotting might be needed for oilier lids at some point of the day. This one conquers thin and thick lines like it's no one's business.
