1. Saffron And Milk Cream Mask
Combine 1-2 strands of saffron with 2 tablespoons of freshly cooled milk cream until they blend. Apply over your face and neck then leave it to dry for 40 minutes. Wash off with warm water. The protein of milk with saffron's brightening qualities work doubly to nourish and illuminate the skin. This pack can also be used on hands and feet for its brightening properties.
2. Avocado, Honey And Banana Mask
Mix the pulp of 1 overripe banana with that of an avocado (even overripe is fine) and enough honey to create a paste that is easy to apply. Use on your face and any spots over your body. Let it sit for an hour then wash off with warm water. This mask is a triple threat for dry skin that will intensely moisturise the skin.
3. Rose Water, Glycerin And Egg White Mask
In a bowl, whip 1 egg white with 2 tablespoons of rose water and 1 tablespoon of glycerin until frothy. Apply to the face, let it dry for 30 minutes and wash with cold water. This mask will work on soothing and hydrating the skin while also giving it a firmer feel.
4. Banana And Coconut Milk
Combine pulp from 1 overripe banana with 2 tablespoons of coconut milk until it forms a thick liquid. Apply to your face and let it dry for an hour; then wash with warm water. With coconut milk's fatty acids and banana's richness, your skin will feel nourished.
5. Gram Flour, Almonds And Milk
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of gram flour with 2 crushed almonds and 4 tablespoons of warm milk. Apply, let dry for 45 minutes and wash with warm water. Moisturising, brightening and nourishing, this mask does all that.
