Amrita Arora is the kind of girl who is always glammed up and ready to go. Recently too, when stepping out with sister Malaika for an appearance, Amrita looked lovely as ever. In an all black look with a hot pink pout, it was Amrita Arora's bouncy, brown curls that caught our attention - don't they look perfect for Sunday brunch? We think so too! So just follow these steps to get Amrita Arora's voluminous curls yourself.
Step 1 - Start by spritzing the length of your hair with a heat protection spray like the Toni & Guy Heat Protection Mist. This will shield it from heat styling and help the hairstyle last longer.
Step 2 - Keep your curling tong to heat and while it does, brush your hair completely to prevent your curls to come from becoming frizzy.
Step 3 - Divide your hair into 3 large sections - one on top of the crown area, one under the crown and the bottom most layers near the nape.
Step 4 - Start from the bottom layers and divide it into 2 inch sections to create thick, large curls like Amrita Arora.
Step 5 - Take the 2 inch section, curl it around the wand and keep the end away from the tong to give it those loose ends.
Step 6 - Like Amrita Arora, make sure your hair section is curled outward. Hold it in place for 5 - 7 seconds, leave the strand and pull the tong gently downward to not upset the curl.
Step 7 - Repeat this same motion for each 2 inch section in the bottom layer. Then move on to the middle and finally, the top most layer.
Step 8 - Once done, place the curls gently on the shoulders, making sure not to unravel it with your fingers to give it that full styled look like Amrita.
