The Coronavirus lockdown, now on its 3rd leg, has brought out skills we never expected, especially from the Bollywood crowd. While cooking, exercising and painting are some of the activities they are busy with, makeup artistry is also picking up steam. Disha Patani turned beaty vlogger when she published a tutorial for pink toned eyes and glowing skin. Mandira Bedi isn't far behind either. As someone who does her own makeup for most events, she showed us a quick makeup tutorial that takes merely 12 minutes. Want to try a celebrity makeup look with defined eye brows, winged eyes and radiant complexion? Check out Mandira Bedi's easy makeup tutorial.
Post moisturiser and primer, she uses a peach toned corrector around her eyes to cancel out the ashy-ness before moving to the next step. It's also the 'one particular product she cannot do without' so if you have dark circles, don't forget this crucial step.

Next up, Mandira gets to work on her base with liquid foundation by Bobbi Brown. She uses her own fingers to apply foundation because she says, "I feel like the fingers reach places brushes sometimes can't, like the inner eye area and sides of the nose." She goes on with a buffer brush for the second time for a smoother blend. To seal in the makeup, she completes the base with pressed powder and a thick brush.
Mandira's eye makeup look starts by her filling in her brows with a brown toned eyeshadow from a neutral makeup palette by MAC. She also reveals that she uses a lip brush for her brows. She says, "The eyebrow game has to be really strong as it is a feature that frames the face." She begins her eye shadow look with a medium brown shade over her lid, a dot of lighter colour on the brow bone and gel pencil to line the upper lash line and bit of the bottom line till the centre, which both come out in a wing. "I don't like pearly shades which are lighter than my skin colour. My only rule of thumb is it needs to be darker than my skin colour," she adds.

CommentsCompleting Mandira's eye makeup is mascara; she prefers Maybelline for the job. She isn't a fan of false lashes as they don't suit her eyes and need the right symmetry when placed. She adds a warm pink blush on the apples of her cheeks, bronzer to gently contour and highlighter over high points and collar bones. Not a fan of lip liner, she finishes off with nude lipstick which she smudges with her fingers for a stained look.
