Celebrity Makeup Tutorial For Raksha Bandhan 2020 By Samaira Sandhu
Follow this step-by-step makeup guide to ace this gorgeous beauty look for Raksha Bandhan.
Step 1 - Post cleansing the skin, spritz a face mist to tone the skin. Follow this with a small quantity of serum to reveal healthy skin through the makeup.
Step 2 - Apply concealer over the eye area as a base. Use a plum eye shadow on the centre of the lid and blend it out. You can even use a liquid lipstick in the shade if you like but smudge quickly before it sets. Use a narrow brush to apply the shade on the lower lash line. If you've used a liquid lipstick on the lid, set with a powder shadow in the same shade to ensure it doesn't move. Deposit the same shade on the lower lash line as well.
Step 3 - Add a shimmery rose gold shade on the centre of the lid to open up the eyes further. Highlight the inner corner with a frosty shade for that festive touch. Stick close to the upper lash line and use black eye shadow to smudge it out ever so slightly. Apply nude liner to the lower waterline to brighten the eyes.
Step 4 - Fill in bare spots of the eyebrows with a pencil or pomade to give the brows definition. Finish off the eye makeup with a coat of mascara. Apply a natural pair of false eye lashes if you require and curl the complete eyelashes to merge them together.
Step 5 - Neutralize dark circles and spots with an orange corrector and blend it out. Layer the same areas with concealer that's very close to the skin tone and blend carefully. Apply a small quantity of foundation and blend with a pointed brush.
Step 6 - Lightly contour the cheeks with only a touch of bronzer. Apply blush on the apples of your cheeks. Finish the face with touches of highlighter on the high points of the face.
Step 7 - Apply a glossy mauve lip colour that will complement the eyes.
