Are you a fan of the iconic Hollywood movie, The Devil Wears Prada? Then you'll be thrilled at this piece of historical fashion news! Miranda Priestly's famous townhouse from the movie is now on sale for the price of $27.5 million. If your memory needs a refresher, we first catch a glimpse of the house; where the movie was physically shot, when Anne Hathaway's character Andy Sachs, has to deliver a mock-up of the magazine. Called 'The Book', it is meant to reach Meryl Streep's character Miranda Priestly's residence and be placed on a particular table. It doesn't go as smoothly as expected though because there are more tables than she anticipates. Andy, then led by Miranda's twins, leaves 'The Book' on the top of the stairs, casts a sheepish glance at Miranda and attempts to leave as quietly as she came.

In its listing on Coldwell Banker, the 12,000 square foot house, that comes with 20 rooms across 5 stories, is located in New York's Upper East Side. It was built in 1907 and includes a split of 10 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms with a marble fireplace, spacious corridor and powder room. Most importantly, the spiral staircase which Andy Sachs climbed up to place 'The Book' at the top of still stands just as it was.
