Tulsi, Lemon & Ginger Herbal Tea
Ingredients:
Fresh Tulsi (holy basil) leaves - 5 Nos.
Fresh ginger grated: 1 teaspoon
Jaggery: 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
Water: 300 ml
Method:
1. Wash the Tulsi and ginger.
2.Grate the ginger.
3.Put the water for boiling, add tulsi and ginger.
4.Boil for 3-4 minutes.
5.Add jaggery and lemon juice, mix well and turn off the heat
6.Strain and serve hot

2 cups water
1-inch ginger

1 sprig of Rosemary
1 bay leaf
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1/8 tsp giloy powder
1 tsp rose petals
Method:
1.Bring all of the ingredients to a boil
2. Cover and let the flavour steep for 1 min

Ingredients
Water - 3 Cups
Holy Basil (tulsi leaves) - 6 sprigs
Sliced ginger- 1-inch ginger
Honey -To taste
Lemon - ½ no
Method:
1. Heat water on slow flame and add tulsi sprigs and ginger.
2.Let it boil slowly and reduce for some time.
3.Strain the liquid into two cups and add honey and lemon to taste.

1 tsp Lemon Balm
