Let us admit it upfront. We're a little obsessed with fashion and show-stopping moments. And so, naturally, we love Kareena Kapoor. Bollywood's Bebo always has a card (or 10) up her sleeve, fashion-wise, and 2017 was no exception. In the past year, Kareena returned to the ramp a showstopper for designer Anita Dongre at the Lakme Fashion Week - within 45 days of giving birth to her son Taimur. She also hit the gym really hard (we were flooded with pictures of her before/after a workout, like every day), began shooting for her 2018 flick Veere Di Wedding, gave us a few adorable glimpses of son Taimur from the sets and looked like an absolute diva every time she stepped out.
Here's a look at 10 of Kareena's most fashionable moments in the past year.
Who can make a Coachella-worthy crop top, palazzos and kaftan coordinates work for a glitzy night on the town? None other than Kareena. Showing off her toned tummy, she paired the Ikai By Ragini Ahuja set with a Chanel satchel, a tightly tied bun and dark eye makeup.
Kareena looked drop dead gorgeous in this one-shoulder Ashish N Soni LBD which she complemented with minimal accessories - a sparkling brooch and glittering clutch - all for a family outing.
With her penchant for ball gowns and sparkle, Kareena showed up for a advertisement shoot in a mélange of sequins and feathers that was this bespoke Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla ensemble with a thigh-high slit. The cherries on the sultry sundae that this look is, were her smokey eyes and bouncy blowout.
Only Kareena can wear a monochrome Bloni.Atelier saree with a crisp black blazer and pull it off with nonchalant aplomb. Finishing off the fusion look are her black smokey eyes, nude lips and a slim necklace.
It's at black tie functions that Kareena's true glamazon persona truly comes out to play. Against a rosy backdrop, she looked straight out of a fairytale (or fairy-tulle, if you will) in this Rami Ali gown which she complemented with radiant skin, a bun and a pert peach lip.
Showing us her versatility, Kareena looks resplendent in champagne Tarun Tahiliani couture for a shoot. Completing the look is mauve lips, a statement necklace and heavy earrings befitting this Bollywood royal's stature.
Can you ever go wrong in black? Not really, when you're Kareena. Keeping it low-key in the accessory department, she pairs a black sheer gown by Ashi Studio couture with a sweetheart neckline and flowing train with her favoured smokey eyes, a centre-parted bun and nude lips.
We've had our doubts about print mixing, but this outfit of Kareena's cleared every one of them. Her ensemble consisted of a combination of prints from Missoni with a large belt, strappy stilettos and oversized tassel earrings, all of which she wears with ease. Is there anything she can't wear? Seems unlikely.
Even when Kareena is dressed down, she's dressed up. Case in point, this look, in which she pairs a printed Anita Dongre midi dress with tan sandals and a duster coat. Almost a personification of a breezy, easy, Kareena is all the weekend style inspiration we need.
Finishing off this list on a high note is Kareena in a sparkling blue Falguni and Shane gown with a plunging neckline that she made her red carpet comeback in, early in 2017. With flawless makeup and voluminous curls, Kareena proved that she's always got it.
We won't blame you if you're waiting as greedily as us to see what 2018 and Kareena have in store for us.
