7 Times Deepika Padukone Made A Strong Case For Stripes

There's no denying the fact that every time Deepika Padukone steps out, she instantly sets off style trends. This is of course not the only time when Deepika Padukone has worked the 'stripes' trend to perfection. Earlier this year during Cannes Film Festival, Deepika looked pretty as ever in a midi-dress with fun candy stripes by Tome, which she teamed with a pair of classic red stilettos by Christian Louboutin.

Can we ever forget the time when Deepika wore the stunning Sabyasachi Mukherjee saree in red and white stripes? Complete with a black, full sleeve blouse and the designer's trademark belt, the actress made everyone wishing for such as saree.

Then again during the promotions of xXx: The Return of Xander Cage in Mexico city, which was also during her birthday, Deepika notched up her style quotient in a bodycon midi-dress with green, white and black stripes.
