No matter the ball gowns worn at red carpet events or denim looks for casual days out, ethnic wear has an inimitable hold on Bollywood celebrities. Beyond parties or the festive season, it's a prime choice even on a daily basis that none of them can get enough of. Mrunal Thakur certainly can't. The Bollywood actress of movies such as Batla House and Super 30 showcased her love for lehengas in a multicoloured piece featuring bead work, sheer panels and bright embroidered applique in hues of red, green and blue.
Any festive function will be fashionably complemented with a brightly coloured lehenga that is perfect for the day time.
Sarees too were part of her style profile. There was the time Mrunal visited the city of Kolkata wearing a striking black saree with fuchsia borders and gold motifs. Adding to the pure elegance of this was her choker necklace, smokey eyes and centre parted bun hairstyle.

It was just another day and just another saree for the actress but this time, with more modern flair. In delicate tones of pastel blue, her decorative saree featured a sheer blouse, embroidery and ruffles down the drape.
It may have been a screengrab from her short film Ghost Stories but we couldn't miss out on the time Mrunal looked wedding ready in a Manish Malhotra rich red and gold lehenga with heavy gold jewellery around the neck, ears, nose and forehead. Talk about setting bridal goals.
Going back to lehenga love, we couldn't take our eyes off Mrunal when she wore a navy blue lehenga with gold work and paired it with sparkling jewellery to add a glint to the ensemble.
