A saree can make you stand out in the crowd. That's the charm of this timeless beauty. They say, when unsure what to wear, drape a saree. Don't know about you but Shilpa Shetty swears by this idea. And, we couldn't take our eyes off her when she showed up in a customised saree by ace fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani. The corset-style concept saree has a satin fabric. The sleeve blouse came with a deep V neckline that extended to a corset finish. The sheer panelled bodice has minimal sequin work. The dramatically draped waist gave it a gown-style finish. Shilpa went for dewy makeup with a dash of glossy lips. Her shimmery eyeshadow worked as the last piece in a jigsaw puzzle. Her soft curls suited the outing. For jewellery, Shilpa went for a statement diamond necklace.
Saree is a woman's best friend; no one knows it better than Shilpa Shetty. But the actress likes to style with utmost oomph and glam. Her toasted orange ruffle sari from the shelves of Arpita Mehta is our all-time favourite. The bandeau blouse elevated the look. The hand-embroidered mirror and sequin jacket was the highlight here. Shilpa's retro hairdo was a whole mood. For makeup, she went with kohl-rimmed eyes and couture cheeks. Her minimalistic approach to the accessories worked well.
Shilpa Shetty's red drape from the clothing brand Shivan and Narresh has the power to make head turns at an event. The saree came with floral pattern work.
And, then, there are times when Shilpa Shetty decided to give Gen Z a run for their money. When Shilpa stepped out in a Gaby Charbachy party gown, all we could do was take notes. The double-flowered dress has a bold cut and a side train. Shilpa's choice of lip colour elevated the drama quotient.
Shilpa Shetty's wardrobe has an outfit for every occasion. Don't you think?Comments
