Summer days are looking hotter by the second. But instead of sweating it out, Pragya Jaiswal chose to keep it chill, quite literally, with a dip in a frozen lake all the way in Finland. In a recent post she mentioned that after an intense sauna session at 80 degrees Celsius, Pragya plunged right into the freezing water of -15 degrees Celsius. For an adventure of a lifetime, Pragya didn't let up on looking very stylish to experience something so "euphoric." In her Cryotherapy session, evidently, the "fire and ice" didn't just come from the hot and cold treatment, but also from her bright pink halter bikini set that, some would say, could melt more than a few frozen lakes on the side. Cryotherapy has many health and beauty benefits, all of which Pragya already possesses but to share the experience with your friends is truly something "magical."
