Jumpsuits are a popular piece of clothing but that solely seems to be the case among Gen Z-ers. You know; the ones that can whip out TikTok dances or know every Olivia Rodrigo lyric when shooting for their Reels. Especially when most jumpsuits you set sights on reveal mandatory cutouts and cringe captions as part of their design, anyone who doesn't fit into that category would probably steer clear of them to save their life. Which begs the question; do jumpsuits exist for those who aren't Gen Z-ers? We certainly believe they do and it's thanks to Sushmita Sen.

The Bollywood actress and former pageant queen attended a screening of Lal Singh Chaddha in an outfit that stood out from the crowd, who was mainly clothed in the latest trends. Sushmita wore a slate grey jumpsuit which featured long sleeves with cuffs and a buttoned neckline with a collar. Full length trousers were part of the jumpsuit and in its entirety, it was such a unique and elegant choice. Sushmita completed the outfit with transparent sandals and carried a Louis Vuitton monogram tote in her hand. We love how she chose to sport a stylish pair of spectacles at the celebrity event and really lean in to her sophisticated and age-appropriate look.
Not many celebrities in Bollywood dress for their age so seeing Sushmita do is a breath of fresh air. Her look makes a chic case for the jumpsuit, even if you don't belong to Gen Z.
