But it can't be Orhan Awaramani's Halloween party without Janhvi Kapoor in attendance. Janhvi Kapoor arrived and didn't leave crumbs on the way. A quick glance of her as she entered and we could hear the title track of the Addams Family play in full volume in our heads. One look and you could tell she plays Morticia Addams in all her dark sultry gothic finery. Not only is it one of the chicest costumes in Halloween history, it's also one the easiest to pull off. All you need is a long and flattering black bodycon dress, a black pair of pumps, dark makeup and dark long hair. And needless to say, everybody in Bollywood loves a black dress moment, they've all practically got one ready in their closets. Of course, it couldn't be Janhvi Kapoor's version of Morticia Addams without her personal touch to it. She picked a black off-shoulder midi dress paired with black mesh Louboutin heels. No fancy frills and she was easily one of the best dressed in Bolly town.

Morticia Addams is iconic not just with her sassy personality and her style but we'd be lying to say her makeup is not part of it. Dark feminine makeup looks may be the trend of the hour in the makeup world today but Morticia Addams made it popular before we knew it. A sharp feline flick, a cut-crease contoured shadow and dark wine-coloured lips are imperative to her character and Janhvi Kapoor's efforts on the beauty front topped with her long and straight burgundy wig paid off.
Halloween may come and go but Morticia Addams and her dark gothic stylish vibe will live on.
