Kareena Kapoor looked like the diva she is in a festive Manish Malhotra lehenga for Alia and Ranbir's mehendi function. The lehenga worn by Kareena Kapoor just simply couldn't be missed as she dazzled like there's no tomorrow. Even in pastel colours, the mirrorwork sparkled brighter than stars twinkling all at once. Her blouse and sheer dupatta finished off her ethnic look perfectly with her sleek dainty hair in place. Totally worth being the groom sister provided you're dressed in a dazzling Manish Malhotra number, no?

Speaking of the sister of the groom and not including Riddhima Kapoor would be unlawful. Riddhima Kapoor was dazzling away for Ranbir and Alia's sangeet which followed the mehendi ceremony during the day, in a sparkly Manish Malhotra saree that she could be spotted in from miles away.

There's no doubt that the Kapoor khandan occupied most of the guest-list of the day for the intimate pre-wedding ceremony but none that was being close to being disappointing. Karisma Kapoor for instance proved that the traditional route is our favourite style path when it comes to intimate gatherings. Her mustard colour tone-on-tone anarkali from Punit Balana paired beautifully with traditional jewellery was definitely one of our highlights of the day.
