When the temperatures rise and you can't make your way to forming plans to sitting on a sandy beach in a cutout bikini, then you've got no option but to dress for the weather you're experiencing. Especially if you live in the city, stepping out in a swimsuit really isn't an option to beat the heat, is it? Even then Deepika Padukone knows how to keep it cool in the sweltering season, no swimsuit needed. So while many of her contemporaries are soaking up the sun by the pool, Deepika is beating the heat in city style. The Bollywood actress was spotted exiting a salon in Mumbai. She picked a pastel blue kurta which featured white chikankari work with long sleeves and slits on either side. With it, Deepika wore a pair of roomy white palazzo pants which also had white embroidery all over its length.

Completing the ethnic look with a traditional touch was the tan coloured kolhapuri sandals on her feet. Of course it wouldn't be a superstar look without a designer bag, would it? Slung on Deepika's shoulder was a brown Louis Vuitton tote with its signature monogram design. It wouldn't be a summer look without the pair of black sunglasses she's sporting. Going by her swishy shoulder-length locks, it seems like Deepika stepped out after a haircut.
You don't often see celebrity style that's perfectly wearable but every once in a while, there's a rare moment when you do. This was one of them as we'd definitely pick a breezy kurta and palazzos like Deepika did for a day out in the city.
