Radhika Apte Nails Casual Style In Checks. So Should You

Classics never go out of style. And one such classic is, you guessed it, checks. And no, we don't mean the plaid check shirts we all turn to when we want to dress down and be comfortable. Checks or chequered designs have been ruling the style charts this season with celebs making chic style statements in numerous trendy outfits. From blazers to dresses and cropped trousers, they have been all around. Another Bollywood star who recently made a case for checks was none other than Radhika Apte.

Radhika, who is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film Baazaar, is known for her fuss free and casual sense of style. For an event in Mumbai, she sported two of this season's popular trends - checks and co-ord sets. Radhika's outfit from Bloom featured a high-waisted midi-skirt with buttoned down front and a matching sleeveless crop top that had a knot detail at the centre. The actress teamed it with a pair of Kolhapuri black sandals and aviator shades to stay comfortable for the day, and opted for bright red lips to add some spark to her look.
