The festive season is our favourite time of the year and it is so for many reasons. And this year we are pleasantly surprised by this season's welcome by Sara Tendulkar, who looks like nothing short of a royal princess in the making in an Anita Dongre lehenga. Sara Tendulkar has already made her presence felt as a young fashionista with her impeccable style and she's got another feather to add to her hat. She plays the perfect muse in an embellished floral lehenga that simply makes bridal dreams come to life. The incredible embroidery on the lehenga is distinctively unique, quite like Sara is herself. The addition of traditional jewellery adds an authentic touch of old world touch of India's most fashionable era, interpreted in ways more than one to fit the modern sensibilities. The bright pink was already a festive favourite but with the Indian roses adorned beautifully on the hair makes Sara stand tall like a true blue rajkumari. Sara Tendulkar seemed like a fitting choice for the purpose of this campaign's muse. And we're sorry to cut this short but we'll have to be excused as we continue to plan our imaginary wedding with this lehenga being the focal point of our bridal dreams.
The lehenga is from the designer's latest collection, Homage, which truly pays homage to the rich cultural and architectural wealth through craftsmanship from all across the country. Some of them highlighted in this collection is Bandhani and Benarasi. We see the former yet again on Sara Tendulkar who was dressed in an effortlessly lightweight but equally impactful gharara set that any bride would happily wear and twirl in to enjoy the festivities before her wedding. Like Sara, anyone can have head-turning moments like this.
Sara Tendulkar's festive edit is far superior to our imagination but our aim from now on is going to attempt achieving even half of it.Comments
