Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been on a traditional kick lately and we're thankful for that. In her latest photoshoot for Colgate, the film star decked up in a gorgeous ethnic look. Samantha wore a red and gold Banarasi saree from Mavuri silks. With neat pleats and a narrow drape over the shoulder, floral work in gold weaves covered the saree and complementing it was a short sleeve blouse with a gold dotted pattern. Adding to Samantha's traditional look was the accessories. A gold waist band belted the saree while stacks of bangles added to the charm. A gold necklace and earring completed the elegance of this look while a white flower gajra was the finishing touch to Samantha's look.

We were pretty serious when we said Samantha is on a traditional path right now. Her Neeta Lulla lehenga added flair like nothing else. With its sheer sleeves dotted with stones and a lehenga skirt featuring a slit with no dupatta in sight, it was modern elegance like nothing else.
And while we're talking about lehengas, there was also the spunky bride that she portrayed to perfection. Her mirror work embellished pink lehenga was set with a high bun in her hair and a septum ring and we couldn't imagine anyone else as a bride with an edge quite like this one.
