Sonam Kapoor Shows Us That Summers Are About Breezy White Maxis

Come summer and a popular fashion trend that we see our Bollywood celebs embrace is whites. Breezy outfits are of course must-haves in your summer wardrobe, and there's nothing better than cotton pieces in the classic hue of white. From pretty maxi dresses to loose fit kurtas and statement tops, there are many ways you too can beat the heat in trendy summer whites. To give you inspiration even in quarantine is Bollywood's style icon Sonam Kapoor, whose latest Instagram post is just what you need to see to fall in love with summer whites again.

Sonam Kapoor recently posted a picture on Instagram where she can be seen in a full sleeved white maxi dress that featured a beautiful flared cut to stay cool in. With her hair let loose and standing bare feet, Sonam pretty much summed up our summer mood while being homebound. She wrote in her post, "I want to fly out into the sky."

Other than maxis, wearing comfy kurta-pajamas at home is another summer style we all love. Sonam Kapoor does so too in a white kurta set as she spends her time indoors reading.

Breaking norms, the Bollywood actress turned heads during her wedding functions when she wore an ivory and gold lehenga-choli by designer duo Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla for her mehendi. Her chikankari outfit was perfectly matched with polki jewellery.
