Sophie Choudry often motivates us to hit the gym even on those lazy Sundays. The actress is a firm believer in staying fit and healthy, and her disciplined lifestyle is proof. But working out just to become skinny is something that Sophie strongly discourages. The secret to her hourglass figure is never skipping the gym and following a nutritious diet. Many times she is papped by the shutterbugs while on her way to the exercise facility. However, the 41-year-old was forced to pause her training session for a month, after she caught a cold. But guess what? Sophie is now back at her favourite place — the gym, of course, with much stronger grit and determination. She has resumed her fitness journey by taking each exercise “one day at a time.” For her latest gym outing, Sophie chose a neon green sports bra. Pairing it with high-rise black tights, the Bollywood diva offered us a glimpse of her washboard abs. Dishing out some major fitness inspiration, Sophie's apt caption read, “Why should motivation only be for Mondays?”

Can we say that Sophie Choudry is the perfect Pilates girl? After all, she has already confessed to loving the Pilates Reformer exercise. Under the guidance of fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, the Pyaar Ke Side Effects actress showed us her incredible flexibility. Upon watching her graceful movements we had to agree that she was “ready to bend.” This time, Sophie's athleisure consisted of a back-ripped, black sports bra in the criss-cross fashion. Adding a dash of colour to her regular gym outings, she slipped into a pair of lavender-hued tights. Her tresses were pulled back in a tight ponytail.
“Bye-bye mithai” said Sophie Choudry as she swore to burn those extra kilos, put on during the Diwali festivities last year. And she surely gave us a dose of adrenaline in those strength-training aerobatics. The B-town diva sprinkled some style into fitness by donning an asymmetrical, sky-blue sports bra. Her washboard abs were on full display in the marble-dyed, greyish-blue gym slacks.

There's nothing more peaceful than working out under the clear blue sky on a seashore. And Sophie surely is aware of that. For her beach-day stretching exercise, Sophie Choudry picked out a turquoise bralette, with multiple crisscross straps on the back. The actress ditched gym slacks and went in for an all-black cycling shorts.
