Shilpa Shetty is awaiting the release of her film Sukhee so obviously, it's time for promotions. Shilpa Shetty kick-started Sukhee's promotional spree on Thursday. While her Western silhouettes are stunning, nothing beats the charm of her ethnic wardrobe. The fashionistas were in for a treat, as Shilpa walked out wearing a gorgeous Jaipuri saree, from the shelves of designer Mohammed Mazhar. The white base of the six yards came with multicolour floral embroidery, creating the asymmetrical scallop hem on the borders. Shilpa allowed the subtle 3D embroidery to pop out loud, as she paired it with a one-shoulder blouse that formed tie-up detailing on her back. The actress carried her signature voluminous hair by styling the middle-parted tresses with curly ends. Matching maroon velvet bangles and beaded danglers from the accessory department looked stunning. Nude glossy lips with kohl-rimmed eyes and add-on lashes glammed her well.
Believe it or not, Shilpa Shetty abides by the idea that a saree can make you stand out from the crowd. Earlier, we spotted her establishing the same through Tarun Tahiliani's customised coral corset six yards. With satin fabric, the saree was paired with a deep V-neckline blouse, carrying a corset finish. Its sheer panelled bodice has subtle sequin work. The outfit's drapey waist made it appear like a gown. The dewy base with glossy lips and shimmery eyes worked as a charm.
Saree is Shilpa Shetty's best friend and we couldn't agree more. But Shilpa's six yards often come with the oomph element. She paired her toasted orange ruffle saree with the hand-embroidered mirror and sequin jacket, resting on her shoulders. The outfit came from the shelves of Arpita Mehta. This time the actress ditched her signature hairstyle for a middle-parted sleek high bun, adding a retro element to her look.
Shilpa Shetty can style a saree in any way she likes, and we are in complete awe of her fashion sensibilities.Comments
