There are many ways to look at the outcome of the Coronavirus pandemic. For fashionistas, home quarantine and work from home have led to new fashion trends that have now become very much our wardrobe staples. We would probably not have looked at these trends otherwise but with comfort taking precedence over style, one of the most popular trends we have seen in recent months is oversized clothing. Be it pants, shirts, jackets or dresses, keeping it baggy is the preferred choice. After all, when lounging at home, what can be better than oversized clothing? They are good to stay breezy in or even cuddle up and keep cosy when need be.

It's a common saying in the world of fashion that style is not about comfort. No wonder we kill ourselves by squeezing into sky high heels, ultra tight bandage dresses or skinny pants to look our glamorous best. But 2020 has been a refreshing change for many as we have forgotten all about body-hugging clothes and have made way for breezy maxis, kaftans, pajamas, shirt dresses and the like to experience comfort at its best. Even with Bollywood celebrities, comfort dressing has been a buzzword.
