Shiv Narayan Jewellers Pvt Ltd, a legacy jeweller based in Hyderabad recently achieved 8 Guinness World Records titles after its latest creation. The Indian jewellery house created a seven-layered necklace embellished with the maximum number of emeralds and diamonds set in a necklace gaining them their recent Guinness World Record. Disha Patani played muse to the jewellery house in the record-winning creation in Hyderabad recently. They shared the news of the new record via an Instagram post captioned, 'INDIA'S PRIDE: Shiv Narayan becomes the ONLY Indian jeweller to achieve 8 Guinness World Records(TM) Titles for our four iconic masterpieces: The Ganesh Pendant, The Ram Darbar, The Satlada (Seven Layer) Necklace and The Magnifying Glass.'

The Satlada necklace or The Seven Layer Necklace is Shiv Narayan's third award-winning masterpiece. As listed on the website of Guinness World Records, "the weight of the necklace is 566.890 grams. The necklace is 41.07 cm (16.17 inches) long, 29.46 cm (11.60 inches) wide, 0.56 cm (0.22 inches) thick, along with studded diamonds & emeralds. The necklace includes 1971 pieces of diamonds studded with an estimated carat weight of 95.31 carats & 315 pieces of emeralds studded with an estimated carat weighing 531.40 carats. The necklace is designed with 7 layered patterns to beautify the excellent look of emeralds & diamonds in 18-karat gold. It holds the records for The Most Emeralds Set On A Necklace and The Most Diamonds Set On A Necklace."
Shiva Narayan Jewellers have won records for their four iconic masterpieces: The Ganesh Pendant, The Ram Darbar, The Satlada (Seven Layer) Necklace and The Magnifying Glass. Ganesh Pendant by Shiv Narayan Jewellers was recognised as the heaviest pendant, weighing 1,011.15 gm. It also got the title for the most diamonds set on a pendant, with a count of 11,472 pieces of the stones in March 2023.
"Ram Parivar" one of the necklaces set to win another Guinness World Record is made with over 400 carats worth of diamonds that are approx 70,000 pieces, 2600 carats of Emeralds and approx 1.9 kg gold. This necklace has been a product of 12 to 13 craftsmen who have meticulously crafted this necklace for almost 8 months
