Black dresses come in all shapes, forms and silhouettes. Whether covered with heavy lace work, studded with sequins or just flared out from the waist and awaiting being worn to a gala held in a castle, it's hard to pick a favourite. That's the case for us, especially because celebrities across the world cannot seem to stop re-envisioning the little black dress in so many different ways. That's not changing any time soon it seems. For the 2nd Annual Academy Museum Gala held in California, Hailey Bieber brought out the old classic but in a way that you haven't seen before.

The supermodel and wife of Justin Bieber wore a black gown that was more modern than most. Hailey's gown featured a strapless neckline of a wrapped bandeau-style bralette detail over the chest. A diamond-shaped cutout over the torso revealed her washboard abs. The waist and hips featured ruched black pleats across the waist and hips. It then led to a column-style silhouette until the ankle which covered her feet. With a dress like Hailey Bieber's, you don't need any more drama in your life.

Her accessories included a stone choker necklace, that was all. Popular for her beauty choices that even become trends, Hailey's makeup included a matte brown lid and spectacularly contoured cheeks. Her straight hair was parted down the middle and her famous 'brownie glazed lips' were the highlight of her face. From the stunning fit to the ab-baring cutout, it's hard to resist Hailey Bieber's version of the black gown.
