It's almost the end of summer and the city awaits the monsoons of 2022. This year, summers were all about bright colour palette with trendy outfits in monochrome, neon, prints - animal, floral, tropical, abstract etc. But a colour that continues to be a summer essential is sunshine yellow which looks and feels like the summer season -warm and cheerful. And Bollywood celebrities know it well how to brighten up our summer days with their style statements. We have seen actors sporting shades of yellow on many occasions. It's all about bright yellow for Manushi, Nikki and Genelia
Nikki Tamboli made quite a case for summer fashion when she opted for an all-yellow bodycon dress. The actor shows us how to party in the summer wearing sunshine yellow sequin mini dresses. The strappy spaghetti dress was from the clothing brand Aleta and had a plunging neckline with string like details in the front. Nikki opted for nude makeup with smokey eyes, kohl and nude lip colour.
Genelia D'souza attended the IIFA 2022 awards ceremony in a glamorous yellow gown from designer label Maison Ava.The tube gown had a corset bust line with a see-through net strap on the shoulder and a small trail to follow. The floor-sweeping gown had a beautiful flare with shimmering beads that added a dramatic effect to the monotone gown.
Ananya Panday was another celebrity who embraced the yellow colour trend this summer. The actor opted for a sassy co-ord set and looked spectacular. The co-ord set featured a bralette top with spaghetti straps and a mini skirt. The body-fitting mini skirt had a high waist and string detailing on the sides. Ananya opted for a red lip tint and dewy makeup and left her hair loose in beachy waves.

Sonam Kapoor also opted for a chic and comfortable maxi dress as the soon to be mom posted some pictures from a vacation with husband Anand Ahuja. The collared button down short-sleeved maxi had layered ruffle detailing. The actor complemented the look with black sneakers, golden hoop earrings, choker necklace and black sunglasses. Sonam tied her tresses in a sleek bun and wore minimal makeup with nude lip colour.
Manushi Chhillar too was aboard with the yellow summer trend. The actor chose an ethnic wear in yellow and cheered up her fans. Manushi has been busy with the promotions of her debut movie Samrat Prithviraj. She paired the lehenga skirt with a strappy bralette having a plunging neckline . The lehenga featured delicate floral embellishments in yellow, towards the hemline. She accentuated her monochromatic attire with a golden studded choker necklace, nude makeup, shimmering eyelids and glossy lip tint.
