What kind of clothes?
The new Autumn-Winter collection 2017 (AW’17) is out on the Zara India website. We are loving the over the knee, elastic high heel boots. They are priced at Rs.4,990.
Zara India has their older collection out as well. The choices are plenty. P.S.: They have a special prices section too.
It’s a clean, easy website to navigate. You can zoom in and see the details of the garment clearly. Choose wisely.
Can you return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return an item within a month of shipment confirmation. Not delivery, but when you get the email of shipment confirmation. Zara says it will take a few days before the amount is refunded.
The amount will be refunded as well via a local bank transfer. If you exchange an item, they won’t charge you a fee.
The rules are the same as the store. The article must be in its original condition with the internal tags intact and you must have the original receipt.
We are ordering some clothes from Zara, so we will do a detailed review soon. If you have some Zara India experience stories - tell us! We want to hear them at Swirlster.
