With Covid-19 pandemic putting a stop to our summer vacation plans for 2020, it's only obvious that all wandering souls have been dreaming about travel and waiting for the day when we can pack our bags and take off to a stunning destination. But for now, you can drool over Bollywood celebrity Sonakshi Sinha's stunning post to beat Monday blues and also do your bit to save our planet. June 8 marks World Oceans Day, which is a movement to create awareness about protecting and restoring our shared oceans.
To send out a message on World Oceans Day, Sonakshi Sinha posted a throwback video of her spending time in the sea. In the video, Sonakshi seems to be in an exotic location and can be seen snorkelling undersea to explore marine life. She captioned her posts as, "We celebrate World Oceans Day to remind everyone of the major role the oceans have in everyday life. They are the lungs of our planet, providing most of the oxygen we breathe. Its a day to celebrate together the beauty, the wealth and the promise of the ocean. #worldoceansday #savetheplanet #imamermaid".

It's no secret that Sonakshi Sinha loves to spend her time soaking in 'vitamin sea'. Earlier in April, she had shared another video of her diving into the sea and revealing that this is what she would do once the Coronavirus pandemic comes to an end. She had captioned her post as, "This video is a #throwback and also what i would like to do once all this is over!"
Last year in September, Sonakshi Sinha had taken off for the perfect beach vacation to Maldives and she treated her fans to many gorgeous pictures of her enjoying her time.
Can't wait to travel again? Which destination would you pick once this is over?
