
Do you ever feel that your weekend passed by in the blink of an eye? That the two best days of the week went by too soon and you didn't get the rest that you had promised yourself? And do you somehow feel even more tired on a Monday? Still not motivated and refreshed to head back to work after the two days off work? Well, you're not the only person. Many people have the same feeling - and many of us call it #MondayBlues.
But there are many things we can do to make sure that we aren't exhausted over the weekend and still tired by the time Mondays roll in. Here are some things you can keep in mind and practice.

Know what tires you out
Drinking too much over the weekend? Too much running around to complete chores? Managing your time badly? It is always a good idea to figure out exactly what is making you so tired. Once you figure that out, you can take it from there by managing/controlling that thing better.

Plan your weekend
Sounds like a task but it is always better when you know what all you have to do and what you are going to do over the weekend. This way you know how much time you have to devote to who and what, and can, therefore, plan your rest time better.
Know what really refreshes you
Does being social refresh you or drain you? Does going out dancing and merry-making only give you temporary happiness? Or does being in bed all day long leave you even more tired? These are things you need to figure out so that you can know exactly what to do less and what to do more.
