Spare a few minutes every morning to sit by the window, watch nature happen or just practice deep breathing. A few quiet moments will put you in a different headspace and drastically reduce the amount of rushing from your daily routine.
3. Plan Ahead
Do what you can the previous night instead of in the morning. This means planning your outfit, packing your lunch box and scheduling your transport for the night before. This will cut down on time needed to tackle these tasks in the morning and make it much less hectic.
