It's still January. You know what that means? It means it's been less than a month since you probably made your customary new year resolution of getting fitter and stronger this year. Yes, we all make the repetitive resolve of losing weight and getting healthier at the onset of each year, but few of us follow through. What with the cold weather, warm bed and comfort food calling out to us, it's hard to really allocate the blame on our sheer laziness. There are a few, though, who remain the committed beings that they are even through the harshest conditions. Rain, hail or shine, you'll see them doing their thing and getting fitter day by day. If you're looking for some daily fitness inspiration, you need to follow their accounts on Instagram. If their posts don't manage getting you out of bed and into the gym, we don't know what will.

This account brings you fitness inspiration from around the world. Six Pack Femmes posts pictures and videos of real women and their weight loss or fitness journeys. They also post multiple videos giving you the correct way of doing certain exercises. Seeing these fabulous women working harder each day to achieve the body of their dreams will serve as inspiration for sure.
2. Kayla Itsines
Kayla Itsines is an Australian personal trainer, author, and entrepreneur. Kayla, along with sharing fitness tips and her own exercise regime on her Instagram account also educates and supports millions of women to improve their health and fitness through her series of fitness ebooks titled Bikini Body Guides, and a meal-planning and workout app called Sweat With Kayla.
3. Namrata Purohit
Namrata is a certified pilates, pole, boogie bounce and barre instructor based in Mumbai. She was the youngest trained Stott Pilates instructor in the world at the age of 16, and by the age of 19 she had completed all the courses on Stott Pilates. She is also the author of the book, The Lazy Girl's Guide to Being Fit, and runs her own Pilates Studio. It's no wonder that some of the fittest Bollywood celebrities like Malaika Arora and Kareena Kapoor train with Namrata Purohit.

If you've wondered who's responsible for Katrina Kaif's fabulously sculpted body or Deepika Padukone's strong physique, it's none other than Yasmin Karachiwala. Other than posting tips on how to practice pilates the right way, Yasmin often posts videos of some of our favourite celebrities including Alia Bhatt working out. Seeing these stars work so hard even after strenuous days at shoot will definitely have you feeling motivated.

If you really want to see a woman whose worked hard at strength training, Stefanie Cohen's account is one to follow. At 5 feet nothing and on an average 55 kgs, Stefanie has lifted up to 238 kgs in a deadlift. If you're looking to make every muscle in your body stronger than it's ever been, Stefanie will definitely lend you some inspiration.
