Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha's fitness journey is indeed an inspiring tale. Having been body shamed in the past, the diva has surely turn things around for her and how! Her Instagram account is filled with motivating posts of her workouts, which are a reminder that the road to fitness is definitely not an easy one but it is surely worth all the effort because it makes one look and feel so good. At a time when skinny bodies are looked up to as the ultimate fitness goal, Sonakshi makes it loud and clear that the motive should instead be to get fitter and stronger.
Among the various workouts that Sonakshi includes in her fitness routine, her most favourite is clearly pilates. Together with celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit, the Dabangg star is often seen nailing some hardcore exercises. Even when her body is sore, she is "always back for more."
