Wednesday is a strange day. It's not quite the start of the week, so you don't have those shreds of weekend inspiration left. It isn't quite the weekend either, so you can't really switch off. It's an odd mix of being neither really here nor there, rightly called hump day. It's also a day when the weekend feels like it is mere seconds away hence, we lack any kind of motivation to do move, or even work out, of all things.
Fortunately, coming in red hot is a special delivery from Preity Zinta that will be all the workout inspiration you need this Wednesday. Just a while ago, Preity posted a video of herself hitting the gym machines like it's no ones business. In a simple grey tank top, black leggings, matching sneakers and a high ponytail, she shows us what she has got with a few reps for the arms, while simultaneously squatting, which everyone knows builds that booty. Don't miss those rippling muscles across her forearms - looks like the exercise really is working its magic. Then Preity finishes the set on an endorphin high with a triumphant fist pump and the words "to be continued". For a Thursday fitspo video, perhaps?
Earlier in January, we spotted the star working her arms and core with celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. Seeing that we're near the end of March, Preity seems to be holding steady on her apparent fitness resolution for the year. We may not have seen the Bollywood actress onscreen for years now, but we're going to take what we're getting. We hope that's inspiration enough to put down the post-lunch slab of chocolate and hit the track post work.
