Sonakshi Sinha Nails The Headstand - Looks Leaner And Fitter Than Before

Sonakshi Sinha's fitness journey is no doubt an inspiring tale. Not too long ago she was constantly being trolled for her big frame, despite losing over 30 kilos before making her debut in the blockbuster hit Dabangg opposite Salman Khan. Sonakshi's fitness aspiration has never been to hit size zero but rather to transform her body to stay fit and strong. Now if you scroll through her Instagram handle, you will notice that the Bollywood star is looking leaner and fitter than before, and we love the way she has been sweating it out in the gym to give us all major fitness inspiration to follow suit.

Did you miss her nailing the headstand? In her recent Instagram post, Sonakshi not just performed the dreaded headstand with ease but also carried out a few leg workouts while holding the pose. Her caption read, "Coz dabbing with your arms is too mainstream."

How is she doing it? Well, from the looks of it, Sonakshi's weekly fitness regime includes various kinds of workouts, ranging from weight training, core training, pilates, dance and more.

She is one of the most dedicated students of celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit, and has been practicing pilates for a while. Her hard work and dedication was also praised by Namrata in her post that read, "Pushing beyond her limits! Super proud of you Sonakshi! You've really pushed yourself and raised the bar!"

When she enters the gym, she immediately switches off from the outside world and focuses completely on the music and her workouts.

There was a time when she could hardly stay off junk food. Now, she follows a new motto that surely has been working wonders for her - "If you wanna munch... you gotta first crunch".

Sonakshi Sinha will next be seen in Karan Johar's multi-starrer production Kalank, which also stars Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Aditya Roy Kapoor, and will release in April next year. We can't wait to see the star performer in her new look
