In her latest Instagram post, Kareena Kapoor can be seen post workout. We can't help but notice her post workout skin glow. It seems like the star spent some good amount of time to burn those calories off. In the caption, Kareena revealed what's on her mind when it's got to do with fitness. She wrote, "Dear fat, prepare to die...Xoxo, me." The right attitude can surely work wonders and keep one motivated.

This isn't the first time when Kareena Kapoor inspired us with her fitness routine. Sometime back, a video of her acing Surya Namaskar had gone viral. Kareena Kapoor's yoga trainer Rupal Sidhpura Faria had shared a throwback video in which the actress was seen performing Surya Namaskar. While most of us may struggle to complete multiple rounds of Surya Namaskar, Kareena Kapoor carried them out like a pro.
On the post, Rupal wrote, "Throwback to the time when travelling to @kareenakapoorkhan and making her do dozens of Suryanamaskars were just the beginning of our high-intensity trainings! The dedicated darling of a human she is."
