Involving bending the body into a V-shape, Malaika says it burns stubborn belly fat along with strengthening the back and hip flexor. A resistance band is what Malaika added for ease to the yoga pose.

Shilpa Shetty started her week in Manali. Amongst the misty mountains, she started with padahastasana, parvatasana and marjariasana and finally twisted herself in the very fitting mountain pose. It is a great move to open up the entire body while stretching the back, improving digestion and circulation. Matching the skies in a blue sports bra and tights, Shilpa started the week with a natural high.
