It's well known that the celebrities of B-town make fitness their top priority to complement their work. Pilates and cardio sessions may be a few of their choices but homegrown yoga is always a top pick in Bollywood circles. On the occasion of Yoga Day 2020, we're looking at the stars who swear by the fitness practice and give us yoga inspiration all through the year.

It goes without saying that Shilpa is the yogic pro in B-town. The fabulous fitness-ista holds the crown as one of the earliest proponents of the practice who even released instructional DVDs before the days of social media. That's where Shilpa shares her yoga moves today as well as on her app.
2. Malaika Arora
There's no one who looks as good doing yoga as Malaika. With a chain of yoga studios to her name, following a healthy lifestyle has always been a top task. Malaika has been sharing her contorting skills with us for ages and manages to do so looking extremely stylish.
3. Kareena Kapoor
From her much-talked about size zero on-screen appearance to her post-pregnancy transformation, Kareena's workout game has always been a talking point. Most notably, she is known for her superb Surya Namaskar skills which are a staple even when she travels.

Though Alaya may only a film old in Bollywood, she has progressed far ahead in the yoga world. She may not have practised it before but it has quickly become her 'new favourite thing' in the lockdown.

A fitness inspiration for many years, yoga is one of the workout forms that fits effortlessly into Bipasha's repertoire and helps her build her strong physique.
