Thanks to high speed internet, millennials are used to doing things and getting results instantaneously. That trickles down to the way they function and keeps them on their toes. No wonder they are agile and swift, because that's just the way they live their life. Corporations, you could learn a thing or two here.

Sure, millennials hop between jobs more than rabbits but that's because they relentlessly pursue what they're passionate about. If it doesn't stir them, move them or make them grow, they'll be looking for their next opportunity. A strong sense of purpose drives them to do their very best, which is something every employer could learn from.
Connecting more
Since they are constantly switching between Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook through the day, the double taps, likes and retweets are always flowing. They may not meet face-to-face with their buddies as much as they would like to, but they are experts at forging connections and networking, which is a plus point in just about any career.
