"I Wholeheartedly Believe That Women Leaders Work Differently," Says Goop Founder Gwyneth Paltrow

The rules aren't the same for everyone, especially for a woman in a leading position. Their challenges are entirely different and so, the paths they take to achieve their goals, should be too. Gwyneth Paltrow believes that women leaders work differently. Gwyneth recently shared a photo dump from what seemed to be a retreat and stated how women who lead have been told implicitly that they need to “approximate the masculine/"go” model of work to be successful/respected.” But, the Goop founder and CEO feels that “women leaders work differently.” “I do not believe this. I wholeheartedly believe that women leaders work differently. We need community, creativity, and most importantly the permission to rest and restore. We do it differently, and it's OK. That's why we're good when we are good,” she further wrote in the caption. 

At the presumable work getaway, Gwyneth is seen relaxing and replenishing. In the first frame, she is seen soaking up some vitamin D with PMM CEO Kimberly Blackwell. While Gwyneth tucked her brown spaghetti top in black pants, Kimberly Blackwell sided with a dark blue full-sleeve number. Next, there was a picture from one of her yoga sessions. She also gave us a glimpse of her stunning fireplace with a gorgeous view. It was followed by a few selfies with her girlfriends.

We could never look as good as Gwyneth Paltrow if we styled ourselves. The actress, who often keeps fans updated with her selfie dumps, showed off her impeccable style in a black monochrome look. Her oversized black high-neck top was teamed with a pair of high waist-wide-legged pants. White shoes broke the monotony of her sassy avatar. A pair of black frame glasses suited her well. 

Gwyneth Paltrow's spring picks score a perfect 10 on both comfort and style meter. Here, she shared a selfie from inside her car. Her OOTD? A one-shoulder printed dress featuring uniform maroon prints against a royal blue base. Tresses swept on one side along with a no-makeup look rounded off her look.
