"There is no or minimal downtime for non-surgical methods and one can easily resume their lives. However, even with the injectables, there's a minimal chance of bruising and swelling so I don't suggest doing it very close to a major event. Don't go overboard and do everything to look like an unpleasant version of yourself, but maintain your looks in a very healthy way," says Dr Geetika. Seconding the notion Dr Kiran says, "Have a goal in mind, and go slowly, don't try to do all your tweaks in one session. For best results, build up slowly."
