Eating it raw is the choice of many but one can make the most of the summers by trying some delicious mango drinks, shakes, desserts, and even have it with your favourite breakfast cereal. Simple and easy to make but different from the common recipe, give the following recipes a try.
1. Mango Panna
This is a very common drink made in most households during the summer months with raw tangy mangoes. Wash and boil some raw mangoes in a cooker –cool it –remove the skin and then blend in a blender. A healthy twist to it would be to add jaggery, rock salt, or a pinch of cardamom powder to it. Serve it cold with roasted cumin powder and a sprig of mint.
