3 Times Malaika Arora Made Checks Look Oh-So-Stylish

The Bollywood diva and style icon has been setting fashion trends the whole of this season, with one after the other chic looks - from summery maxi dresses and one shoulder ruffle tops to pantsuits and floral printed playsuits. Really, we can't remember a single time when Malaika failed to impress. She is indeed having a super fun and stylish summer, and her fans are loving the style inspirations she has been setting.

Among the many trendy styles, a current favourite of Malaika seems to be checks or checkered prints. A close look at her recent style statements, and it's evident that she seems to have developed a special liking for checks, and in her signature style, has been giving it a stylish spin to make it the hottest trend this season. We recently spotted Malaika in Mumbai, looking gorgeous as ever on a gloomy monsoon evening, in stylish checks.

Malaika wore an off-shoulder jumpsuit with white and grey checks and bare back with tie-up detail, and teamed it with a studded red handbag and a pair of white, pointed toed heels to spruce it up. Styling her hair in loose waves, she kept her makeup minimal except for the bright red lips to match her handbag and to add some colour pop to her look.

Sometime back, while holidaying in LA, Malaika had sported another chic checkered outfit - flared, high-waisted trousers and matching crop top in black and white checks.

In the beginning of the season, Malaika had turned up for an event in a stylish Nashish Soni outfit in bold checks in white and black.
