Diwali was like no other this time around. Not only was it a refreshing change after muted celebrations for the past few years of the pandemic, celebrations have spread all across the globe. From Priyanka Chopra and Kal Penn to Mindy Kaling and Poorna Jagannathan, celebrities from different corners got together to enjoy the festival of lights in their ethnic best. Neelam Gill couldn't miss out on it obviously. The British supermodel who is of Punjabi origin upped the traditional wear quotient in a stunningly coloured lehenga. The vibrant ensemble by Sabyasachi included a green embroidered blouse with a paneled skirt in shades of yellow, red and green with matching embroidery over it. A heavy choker necklace with bangles and a maang tikka added flair to Neelam's outfit.
We couldn't look past her makeup either. Neelam sported metallic toned eyeshadow with fluttery lashes and full brows. Her cheeks were contoured to perfection and she wrapped up the makeup look with a rust coloured lip.

Neelam may be thousands of miles away but she definitely hasn't forgotten her roots. To celebrate South Asian heritage month in August, she looked incredible in her "favourite sari of all time" which was a sheer silver Anushree Reddy number with an embellished blouse and the drape of it worn over her head.
Another ethnic look from Neelam's modelling archives was this sepia toned picture of the supermodel looking drop dead gorgeous in a blue patterned quarter sleeve blouse with a metallic gold lehenga skirt and a heavy layered neckpiece.
