Celebrities are bombarding us with their Diwali fashion diaries this year and, we aren't complaining. Now showing us her festive fashion wardrobe is model, author and reality show host Padma Lakshmi. This time when she showcased her style sensibilities, Padma Lakshmi wasn't alone. She was joined by her daughter Krishna. The mother-daughter duo took up ethnic wear to celebrate the festival of lights and we can't take our eyes off these two beauties. In an album that Padma Lakshmi shared on Instagram, we saw the two dressed in South Indian fashion. The mother wore a yellow cotton saree with broad borders and a chequered blouse while the daughter posed in a white and red Pattu Pavadai. In the second photo, Padma Lakshmi posed in a yellow and green lehenga choli with a red and golden sheer dupatta. She also picked a choker and traditional earrings to match her attire. Krishna was ready to look gorgeous in a navy blue lehenga with stone and thread details. She wore slim loop earrings and appeared stunning with kohl-rimmed eyes. The third photo is a throwback from Krishna's childhood. While Padma Lakshmi draped herself in a blue saree, the little one wore a vibrant pink frock.
Padma Lakshmi has a way of styling herself with ongoing fashion trends. This Halloween, she posted a throwback photo from 2018. She was dressed as the evil black swan based on the protagonist of the film Black Swan. Krishna matched steps with her mother and wore a Maleficent outfit.
Padma Lakshmi needs no occasion to look like a diva. The fashion lover was unstoppable in this all-black ensemble: slit dress, boots, handbag and sunglasses.
When autumn set in, the reality show celebrity welcomed the season with a black paperboy cap and black top. She added heat to this casual look with her red lip colour.
Padma Lakshmi's summer fashion is on point when she stepped out in a casual pair of frayed jeans and a white ruffled top. Nothing could've completed the look better than her pair of black sneakers.
The mother and the daughter twinned their outfits on one occasion. Here's the photo:
