There's no denying that Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh aren't one of the most stylish couples in Bollywood. Wherever they go, the fashion streak follows. They walked right up to the Gol Dhana ceremony of the couple of the moment - Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Deepika and Ranveer arrived in style and walked like royalty themselves in their ethnic best. Ranveer Singh picked a black bandhgala by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna with a contemporary bedazzled dispersed design from the shoulder moving downwards. Deepika Padukone was a regal vision in red and gold dressed in a heavily embellished saree from Torani. The floral designs are complemented with an equally embellished red and gold backless blouse. That's not all. Deepika Padukone paired her gloriously regal saree with gorgeous pearls and emerald jewellery set that may have been an unconventional choice to go with the outfit, but then again Deepika Padukone can do anything and look mighty good in it. For her hair and makeup, she went her signature route with defined eyes, a dewy sheen, nude lip, and a messy bun.
It is easy to spot Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh from anywhere at the airport to red carpet events. But it was only when we spotted them on the runway for their debut walk as a couple for Manish Malhotra's 10-year Mijwan celebration that we were completely bowled over. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were glorious ethnic muses on the runway in their heavily embellished outfits. Deepika Padukone's embellished lehenga with an equally embellished cape had a runway moment of its own. Well deserving of it of course and then cheered on by her hubby to accompany her in a gorgeous embellished bandhgala. Power couple goals look a lot like this, we guess.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh became a match made in heaven when they tied the knot in 2018, but every now and then, they prove why that fact still holds true.
